Scottish Information Commisioners Enforcement of Decision 193/2012

Save Scotland’s Seals from being Killed FB has been referenced in the Enforcement Decision 193/2012 issued by the Scottish Information Commissioner where the Commissioner has indicated that the Scottish Government must release information regarding the location of shot seals and which companies have shot them.

Save Scotland’s Seals from being Killed are not linked or affiliated in any way to any group or individuals that is/has/ or will take direct action, other than by peaceful and legal process.

We have already posted a zero tolerance comment on any postings that infer violence or threats to people or property. We fully understand that the shooting of seals is an emotive subject and some people feel the need to express themselves by using some expletives; where this is clearly not linked to the person’s emotion such posts will be removed and may be reported.

Please post sensibly and remember that what you post can and is seen by others.
